Maps and Data

Welcome to the “Maps and Data” page! This page is for the truly curious, as things may get science-y pretty quickly. In the subpages, you’ll find different maps detailing the area.  From topographic maps, to soil maps, to geologic maps, each show the Pescadero area under a different lens.  By studying each map, we can get a better understanding of big “players” in the region, and better understand the forces that are controlling subsurface water flow.

I’ll use many of these maps to control parameters in my model.
